Creator Requirements

Platform PresenceActive on at least one platform — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar. Any follower count considered.
Content QualityYou produce content that is clean, intentional, and aesthetically consistent. Raw talent is welcome — polish is teachable.
Brand AlignmentYour aesthetic and voice are compatible with a luxury, elevated standard. You understand the difference between content and noise.
ReliabilityDeadlines are non-negotiable. When a brand pays for content, it arrives on time and on brief.

Talent Managers

The House is expanding its talent management infrastructure. We are looking for experienced coordinators and managers who understand how to develop talent, manage client relationships, and move opportunities through a pipeline with precision.

  • Manage a roster of active talent across fashion, UGC, and commercial markets
  • Coordinate bookings, briefs, deliverables, and client communications
  • Work with the admissions pipeline to develop incoming talent

Manager Requirements

Industry ExperiencePrior experience in talent management, modeling agencies, entertainment, or related fields strongly preferred.
Relationship ManagementYou build trust with talent and clients alike. You communicate with discretion, clarity, and professionalism.
Organizational SkillsYou manage multiple moving parts simultaneously without dropping the standard. Every booking is documented.
Brand RepresentationYou understand that every interaction you have carries the weight of the House. You operate accordingly.
