Maya Price is a seasoned Talent Relations and Operations executive with over eight years of expertise building high-performance cultures and strategic talent ecosystems. A graduate of Georgia State University and Atlanta-raised professional, she has held senior roles with some of the world's most recognized organizations — including Live Nation Entertainment, Delta Air Lines, and FIFA — where she led talent relations, elevated employee experience, and drove engagement across diverse global teams.
At Live Nation, Maya operated at the intersection of entertainment and people strategy, managing complex talent dynamics at one of the largest live entertainment companies in the world. At Delta Air Lines, she refined her HR infrastructure expertise, building systems that supported thousands of employees across a global operation. At FIFA, she brought her skills to the international stage — coordinating talent and engagement across one of the most high-profile sporting organizations on the planet.
As Head of Entertainment & Talent Operations at House of Elévara LLC, Maya oversees the full spectrum of talent strategy and operational infrastructure — from acquisition and onboarding to event coordination, performance analytics, and cross-functional leadership. Known for her people-first philosophy and her ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, she brings both the strategic vision and the operational precision required to build something that lasts.

- Build and manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes for performers, creatives, and operational staff
- Oversee event coordination, scheduling, and on-site operations for all company-produced experiences and activations
- Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting structures to measure operational and talent effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, production, and executive leadership to align talent strategy with brand vision
- Cultivate strategic relationships with agencies, vendors, venues, and industry partners to expand the company's network and capabilities

Vince Edwards
Vince Edwards is a seasoned business development executive, operator, and capital strategist with over 20 years of experience spanning Fortune 100 corporations, government investment programs, and high-growth startups. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Mathematics and a certificate alumnus of the MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program (MIT REAP) — where he led the first U.S.-based team to complete the program — Vince brings the analytical foundation of a mathematician and the strategic depth of an MIT-trained operator to everything he builds.
As Founder and CEO of Empire Builders LLC — a full-service business consulting firm that builds, grows, and elevates companies to new levels — Vince has spent nearly a decade helping businesses across every industry obtain capital, scale operations, and reach their fullest potential. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies including Procter & Gamble and IBM, secured over $100 million in financing for clients, and assisted in raising $8M+ for early-stage ventures through relationships with Maxim Investment Bank and the Keiretsu Forum — the largest angel network organization in the world.
As Head of Investor Relations at House of Elévara LLC, Vince leads the capital strategy that will fund the next decade of the House's growth — building relationships with angel investors, family offices, and institutional capital partners, and driving the fundraising initiatives that turn vision into infrastructure. He is a problem solver, a capital raiser, and a builder — and he brings to this role what most IR professionals simply do not have: he has been on both sides of the table.

- Identify, cultivate, and close relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional capital partners
- Lead all investor communications — pitch presentations, investor updates, and due diligence materials
- Represent the House's brand, vision, and financial narrative to the external investment community
- Support fundraising campaigns including Wefunder and direct private placements
- Coordinate with the Founder on capital strategy, valuation positioning, and deal structuring
- Leverage an extensive network of investors, accelerators, and capital partners built over 20+ years
- Provide regular reporting on investor pipeline, outreach activity, and capital secured
